The Luminant Point Arrays show cathode-ray-tube televisions being switched off. The television picture breaks down and creates a structure of light.
The images open up a dialogue between the relationship of abstraction and concretion in photography as the breakdown of the television picture describes the breakdown of external reference. The result is self-referential, concrete photography.

David Sylvian : A VICTIM OF STARS

I am a big fan of David Sylvian and he is coming out with a 2 cd Compilation called A Victim of Stars 1982-2011 on Feb 27th. "A Victim of Stars" picks the best from David Sylvain 30-year musical career, from '80s pop-funk via jazz in the 90s to the 2000s leaning to electronica, according to a press release. Last year, released David Sylvian "Sleepwalkers", also a compilation album, but focused on the songs released in the last decade, with guest appearances by musicians such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Tweaker, Nine Horses and Steve Jansen.
